Leadership and Service Manager
This is a management role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage daily restaurant operations effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing stock and scheduling, and working closely with ownership to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellence in service and teamwork
- Maintain a positive team culture and provide coaching to improve performance
- Develop and implement effective rostering and payroll systems within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OH&S regulations
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and improvements to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality or similar major, or three years of work experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of cost control, budgeting, and rostering
- Ability to lead from the front and work weekends/public holidays
