Purpose of this role is to contribute significantly to our digital products and services by designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

This position requires a Product Designer who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive customer journey across our platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design process for critical customer touchpoints, from research and discovery through to high-fidelity design delivery.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deeply understand customer needs and business goals, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Developing and executing user research strategies to validate ideas, uncover new opportunities, and optimize existing solutions.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work in a digital product environment. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer in a similar industry setting.
  • A thorough understanding of design principles, human-centered design methodologies, and current design trends.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other relevant design tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
