A Lucrative OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our Facility Management team in Australia and New Zealand. As a permanent full-time position, this role offers a chance to showcase your creativity and communication skills in pursuing high-value bid opportunities.
You will be part of a dynamic team that contributes to winning key contracts, supporting the end-to-end bid development process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Active contribution to tender response development and value addition throughout the process.
- Creative solution development and articulation.
- Engagement with stakeholders during all tender stages to deliver professional outcomes.
- Building and maintaining relationships to add value through the tender phase.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience creating compelling bid and tender responses in complex business environments. Ideally, you will have worked with a delivery provider of asset management, operations, and/or maintenance services.
You will excel at engaging with people to develop outstanding written content. With a proven ability to meet deadlines, you will work effectively with a diverse group of professionals across a complex organisation.
Your outstanding written communication skills will enable you to articulate solutions compellingly, connecting content and winning themes to your audience.

- Excellent written communication skills fine-tuned through writing a range of tenders.
- A track record of working confidently with stakeholders from all levels, including operations personnel and business leaders.
- The confidence and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, including a willingness to jump in as required to help out the team.
