Heavy Rigid

We are a leading waste management facility based in Wetherill Park, NSW, currently seeking experienced and reliable Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials to various local destinations, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all road safety regulations.

1. Operate a heavy rigid vehicle safely and efficiently.
2. Load and unload goods and materials, ensuring secure and proper handling.
3. Plan routes to meet delivery schedules and minimise delays.
4. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
5. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
6. Comply with all road safety rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
8. Report any vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.

1. Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license.
2. Proven experience as an HR driver.
3. Good driving record with no traffic violations.
4. Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
5. Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
6. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
7. Ability to lift heavy objects and handle physical workload.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
