Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confirm and manage customer bookings efficiently.
  • Resolve operational issues and handle customer queries related to operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, and complaints.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience within a call centre environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service are crucial.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities is necessary.
  • A typing speed of 60 wpm with 80% or higher accuracy is required.
  • Desirable: experience with Salesforce, DOS systems, or SAP would be advantageous.
