Key Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead product management services, supporting the delivery of integrated capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and support for capability delivery teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive product schedules and documentation, including review and development of in-service support plans.
  • Coordinate and manage product governance activities and contract change proposals effectively.
  • Oversee and review planned and unplanned maintenance schedules and future sustainment schedules to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and maintain business-as-usual (BAU) support, monthly reporting, and other essential services to guarantee capability and project synergy.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience working within Defence environments, managing defence systems, products, or processes.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, driving deliverables and priorities.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or certifications in a related field of study.
  • Certifications in Agile, PRINC2, PMBOK are highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong stakeholder management abilities.
