Job Summary

The Operational Technology Technician role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day availability and maintenance of operational technology systems at our mine sites.

About the Role

This position provides technical field support for operational technology systems, including fleet management, digital radio, network and servers, CCTV, wireless telemetry system, LTE networks, fuel management systems, site security access system, and collision avoidance system.

  • Maintaining the integrity and reliability of operational technology systems is crucial to the success of our operations.
  • Responsibilities include executing work orders as per schedule, completing relevant work instructions, and providing input into root cause analysis and resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability.
  • Validating quality of work performed prior to completion is essential to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in operational technology systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
