Job Title: Relationship Engagement Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Must be able to satisfy a pre-employment identity and background check
  • Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Must have a minimum of 2 Covid-19 Vaccinations
  • Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good sound computer skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Working Requirements:

  • Full time role
