About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Castle Hill. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and mobility assistance.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a much-needed break and promoting overall wellbeing.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them stay connected with their community.

Requirements
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
