About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments, social events, and other activities.
  • Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Experience: Previous experience in aged care or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
