We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in The Hills area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay connected and engaged with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication management and assistance with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families, providing a much-needed break and helping to alleviate stress and anxiety.
  • Provide social support and transport to appointments, ensuring our customers can access essential services and maintain their independence.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, including those with dementia, requiring specialized support and attention.

Requirements
  • You must be a compassionate and empathetic individual who is passionate about assisting our aged community.
  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • You must be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
  • You must be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
