Job Description:

As a Programs Coordinator, you will engage more schools in the Federal Government Sporting Schools initiative, creating a pathway for ongoing community sport participation with local clubs and coaches.

This challenging opportunity requires strong administration skills, knowledge of the Australian Tennis industry, and the ability to work effectively with schools, coaches, and other stakeholders.

  • Administer end-to-end processes for the Sporting Schools initiative, including communication with schools and coaches who have been allocated grants as part of the program.
  • Liaise with the Federal Government Sporting Schools team regarding queries on the program.
  • Support coaches in registering and becoming Sporting Schools endorsed, including registration process approvals.
  • Distribute equipment packs and support materials through the warehouse distribution centre/system.
  • Collate data and process teacher registrations for the Teacher Ambassador Program.

You will be working closely with our teams to deliver programs and services that make a real impact on the lives of Australians.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing effective administration processes to support the Sporting Schools initiative.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service to schools, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  3. Working collaboratively with our teams to deliver programs and services that meet the needs of customers.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Deep knowledge of the Australian Tennis industry.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and challenges facing schools/teachers.
  • Proven knowledge in coach membership processes and approval.
  • High-level administration skills with knowledge in database management, email, and internet systems.
