About the Role

Krispy Kreme is a leading manufacturer of high-quality doughnuts, and we're seeking a skilled Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Planning and Management: Utilize our systems and processes to ensure all shifts are adequately staffed and plan work for team members before their shift.
  • Team Leadership: Leverage your understanding of team members' skills and knowledge to lead the team during their shift, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to our high standards.
  • Task Management: Oversee team members to ensure they complete all assigned tasks in line with our standards and policies.
  • Labour Management: Manage team members in accordance with labour targets set by the Production Manager.
  • Quality and Safety: Adhere to our internal standards, including hourly quality control checks and HACCP procedures.
  • Team Development: Address issues with team members, provide feedback, and hold regular team and one-on-one briefings.
  • Learning and Development: Plan and lead learning and development activities to enhance individual and store performance.
  • WHS and Food Safety: Ensure team members comply with workplace health and safety and food safety standards.
  • Product Quality: Oversee the quality of all products intended for customers and collaborate with the Production Manager on any quality issues.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible approach to shift patterns, with good availability seven days a week.
