The centre director will lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes, oversee daily operations including enrolments, staffing, compliance, and financial management, foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community, ensure the centre consistently meets regulatory standards, drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and professional growth, and collaborate with your area director and national support network.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education (ACECQA approved), minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within early childhood, proven understanding of EYLF and NQS requirements, current working with children check (VIC), valid first aid, CPR, asthma & anaphylaxis certificates, child protection / mandatory reporting training, strong communication, people management, and organisational skills, and Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or appropriate visa).
