We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandising Support Specialist to join our team at Brand Influence Group (BIG) in Bondi and Bondi Junction.
As a Retail Merchandising Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the merchandising function across multiple stores, ensuring that planograms are maintained, pricing and ticketing compliance is met, and strong relationships are built with Grocery personnel.
This is a casual role, requiring flexibility across Monday to Friday, with essential days being Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. You will work autonomously and as part of a team, submitting accurate reporting and uploading quality photos via smartphone.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a grocery/retail environment, preferably in a merchandising or sales role. You must possess strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $31.68 per hour, along with BIG Rewards & Recognition and an internal referral program. Training will be provided, and you will enjoy family-friendly flexible hours, live local, work local, and immediate start opportunities.
