This Support Analyst will oversee support operations, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs/OLAs. They will support project delivery, establish support systems, and improve service levels. Incident triage, troubleshooting, and request fulfillment are also key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience supporting business applications and systems, preferably with Salesforce and Advendio. They should have a strong understanding of sales funnels and attention to detail. The ability to context-switch and execute multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
