Clinical Operations Lead

Our Allied Health Clinic is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

The Opportunity

This role will support our allied health professionals by overseeing administrative and operational aspects of the clinic. This includes scheduling, billing, patient intake, and inventory management.

The Clinical Operations Lead will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing front desk administration.
  • Developing and maintaining human resource systems, including staff files and necessary documentation.
  • Recruiting, inducting, and training new clinical staff.
  • Managing and mentoring clinic staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
  • Reviewing and improving practice policies, procedures, and systems to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a clinical or senior administrative role.
  • Experience with NDIS and NDIS Audits.
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great people skills.
  • Knowledge of Medical Billing, including Medicare, Third Party, and Workers Compensation.
