Speech Pathologist Graduate Program

A 12-month graduate program is available for a Speech Pathologist in Sydney, NSW. The program includes structured training and mentorship.

  • This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills as a Speech Pathologist while working in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities

The following are key responsibilities of this role:

  • Participate in a 12-month graduate program with gradual ramp-up from studies to real-world application
  • Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive training including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space
  • Work in clinic and community settings across Revesby, Burwood, Bella Vista, and Penshurst
  • Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor
  • Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team fostering a positive and fun culture
About You

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology
  • Full registration or eligibility upon graduation
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
