Care2Communicate Pty Ltd is a mobile speech pathology service supporting children and adults across Sydney. Our experienced team offers high quality, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual needs in a variety of settings. We provide assessment and intervention for speech sound disorders, apraxia, language delay, literacy development, fluency disorders, voice difficulties, and swallowing impairments. Our collaborative approach involves working closely with families, carers, educators, and other professionals to develop practical and personalized therapy programs. Services are delivered flexibly across multiple locations, including preschools, schools, childcare centers, day programs, supported workplaces, aged care facilities, and clients' homes.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Sydney, NSW, with some work from home acceptable. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing therapy programs, providing individual and group therapy sessions, and maintaining up-to-date clinical records. The role involves working with a diverse client base, including children and adults, and collaborating with families, carers, educators, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia
  • Expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders
  • Proficiency with comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Experience in providing services in multiple settings (e.g., preschools, schools, aged care facilities)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
