We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. Our Paediatric Graduate Program is designed to provide comprehensive support and mentorship to help you develop your clinical skills and achieve your career goals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children from diverse backgrounds and with varying speech and language needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services that cater to individual client needs and goals.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group programs and workshops.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution.
  • Full registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
