Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to promote and facilitate a quality culture in our Vocational Education team.
- A sound understanding of VET quality and policy requirements is crucial for success in this role.
The successful candidate will work closely with VET teaching departments and partners to provide knowledge and skills to support Swinburne's commitment to the delivery of high-quality training and assessment practices.
This role requires a highly developed knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Project or other related Project Management software and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to prepare reports and presentations are essential for this position. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training. TAE 40116 (Certification IV Training & Assessment) or equivalent is preferred.
