- Display effective time management skills to meet business priorities in challenging environments
- Prior experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants is highly desirable

About the JobThis position involves working closely with clients to understand their career aspirations and providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing individualised plans and connecting clients with suitable job opportunities.
- Assess client needs and develop individualised plans

- Identify and promote employability skills and job matches
- Provide post-placement support interventions to sustain employment
