About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our team as part of our graduate program. As a new graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work with NDIS participants and their supports to understand their goals and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to support participants in achieving lasting change and improved quality of life outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centred support and achieve optimal outcomes for participants
