At Everyday Independence, we're seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Child and Family Team in Launceston.

Our team works in the social model, providing life-changing services to NDIS participants. We're passionate about making inclusion possible for all Australians.
About the RoleWe're looking for a Speech Pathologist to provide high-quality services to our participants. In this role, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
You'll utilise evidence-based assessment tools to create therapy plans, providing life-changing support to participants and maximising NDIS funding.
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll work closely with other allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
You'll also have the opportunity to attend weekly team meetings, share stories of impact, and grow professionally with our dedicated Therapy Mentor.

To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Registration
- Positive and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Valid driver's license
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred.
