Clinical Social Model Speech Pathologist

Everyday Independence is a leading NDIS service provider, dedicated to breaking down barriers and making inclusion a reality for all Australians. We are seeking highly motivated Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our team in Launceston.
About the RoleWe offer an industry-leading 12-month graduate program, Everyday Flying Start, which provides tailored learning and mentoring to support your transition to practice. As a clinical social model speech pathologist, you will work with NDIS participants and their supports to understand their goals and identify the things that are holding them back from fully participating in everyday life.
- Learn how to become a social model practitioner and support people with a disability in a community-based setting.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement evidence-based therapy plans that promote lasting change and improved quality of life outcomes.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you'll need:
- SPA Registration
- Ability to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & Working with Children Check
- A driving license and willingness to work in community settings
