About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Pathologist or Senior Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Launceston. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine goals and areas of need for clients, including routine-based general developmental assessments and standardized clinical assessments.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on communication skills, eating and swallowing, and other areas of development.
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services, promoting positive outcomes for clients and their families.
What We Are Looking For
  • A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care, empowering clients to achieve their goals and participate fully in their community.
