About the Role

As a key member of our executive leadership team, the Regional General Manager will be responsible for leading a large team and a portfolio of 30-40 restaurants. Your team will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing revenue and profit outcomes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and retain restaurant leaders who embody the Grill'd values and bring them to life in their restaurants.
  • Ensure the Grill'd experience is delivered to our customers, from local matters programs to floor experience and customer feedback.
  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans across your territory, setting clear goals and objectives aligned to Grill'd business, revenue, and profit objectives.
  • Ensure your state is compliant with food safety and provides a safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • A passion for hospitality, developing people, and driving performance.
  • Previous experience in a state-based or national senior leadership role within multi-site management.
  • A proven track record of developing successful teams and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport across all levels.
