About Us

Grill'd is a dynamic and growing hospitality business in Australia, seeking a talented Regional General Manager to lead our restaurant operations in NSW. If you're passionate about hospitality, multi-site operations, and leading people, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a key member of our executive leadership team, the Regional General Manager will be responsible for leading a large team and a portfolio of 30-40 restaurants. Your team will drive sales, maximize revenue and profit outcomes, with a strong focus on people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and retain restaurant leaders who embody the Grill'd values and bring them to life in their restaurants.
  • Ensure the Grill'd experience is delivered to our customers, from local matters programs to floor experience, food quality, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and execute annual strategic plans across your territory, setting clear goals and objectives aligned to Grill'd business, revenue, and profit objectives.
  • Ensure your state is compliant with food safety and provides a safe work environment, familiarizing yourself with Grill'd systems, including labor and stock management.

  • A passion for hospitality, developing people, and driving performance.
  • Previous experience in a state-based or national senior leadership role within multi-site management, with a strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • A passionate leader who inspires and develops successful teams, with a proven track record of driving performance and growth.
  • A strong ability to build rapport across all levels, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and think outside the box.
  • This role will require some travel interstate throughout the year.
