About the Role

The Practice Coach plays a vital role in leading learning and development strategies, coaching activities, and building service capacity for Home and Community Care staff.

This position will actively support workflow and ensure daily practice aligns with our operation model of care, guided by person-centred principles.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Aged Care, Health, Business, or equivalent experience;
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded;
  • Significant experience in coaching and supporting employees, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant;
  • Ability to convey information through creative channels, promoting understanding and retention;
  • Confidence in navigating teams through ambiguity and change;
  • Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation that supports vulnerable communities;
  • Proficient in using multiple computer applications and willing to learn new systems/programs;
  • Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
