About the Opportunity

About You

We are seeking an individual with a strong background in aged care, health, business or related fields. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., aged care, health, business).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.
  • Experience in aged care and/or health environments.
  • SIGNIFICANT experience in coaching and supporting employees, ensuring content remains updated and fit for purpose.
  • Ability to convey complex information through creative channels, enhancing understanding and retention.
  • Confidence in navigating teams through ambiguity and change.
  • Passion for social impact and contributing to an organisation serving vulnerable communities.
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer applications, with a willingness to learn new systems/programs.
  • Current driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
