Job Opportunity: Centre Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our Outside School Hours Care program.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe, enjoyable, and supervised spaces for children to learn, play, and make friends while their parents are away.

Our programs foster growth and development as confident individuals by exploring their world through stimulating and challenging play.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the Aspire OSHC Program, ensuring optimal care for all children attending.
  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and families.
  • Work effectively with staff to develop and implement programs.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • CPR (HLTAID009)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
  • Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
