Property Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our property management group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collections, maintenance and repairs, and other related tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Administer leasing agreements, including negotiating lease renewals and handling tenant vacancies.
  • Monitor and control property expenses, preparing budgets and financial reports as required.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect properties, identify maintenance needs, and address any issues promptly.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably in Western Australia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using property management software, such as PropertyMe.
