About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our occupational rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in providing expert support to clients with a range of physical and psychological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to support clients in achieving return to work outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, employers, and other stakeholders on workplace health and safety matters.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, assessments, and rehabilitation plans.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
  • Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy in working with clients and stakeholders.
  • Well-developed time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
