### Job Overview

At IPAR, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Occupational Rehabilitation team, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with workplace injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify suitable employment opportunities for workers with workplace injuries or health conditions
* Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment
* Collaborate with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health experts to ensure effective return to work strategies
* Provide case management services to support workers in their recovery and return to work
* Work across various schemes, including workers' compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, and employer-funded injury prevention programs

### Qualifications and Experience

* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly regarded
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
