Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled English educator to join our team and develop engaging programs for students in years 9 to 12 who require additional support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Applicants with experience working in Special Assistance Schools and programming Stage 6 will be highly regarded.

About the Role

As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in promoting academic excellence and fostering a love of learning among our students.

Collaborating with colleagues, you will contribute to the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs that meet the requirements of the NSW English Curriculum.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a four-year teaching qualification or equivalent and NESA Teaching Accreditation;
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing NSW English curriculum through scope and sequencing, programming and assessments;
  • Proven ability to teach diverse range of students with engaging lessons;
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
