As a seasoned Project Manager or Senior PE, you'll play a key role in our Precontracts team, leading and coordinating key bids and managing the tender process with a small team.

With the opportunity to deliver and manage projects you've helped secure, you'll have a real impact on our business and our clients.

Your skills and expertise will influence our Precontracts team, driving efficient outcomes and helping us achieve a winning tender strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the Bid Management process in conjunction with the wider Precontracts team.
  • Understanding tender documents and evaluation criteria to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Assigning tender responsibilities and ensuring the team is accountable for their tasks.
  • Developing efficient methodologies and driving value management solutions.
  • Managing and supporting post-tender negotiation processes with clients.
  • When in delivery phase, managing site safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
  • Maximizing profitability while ensuring projects are delivered safely and on time.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
  • A minimum of 7+ years' experience in construction cost planning, tendering, or project delivery on diverse tenders/projects across Civil & Infrastructure Projects.
  • Multi-disciplinary estimating experience on projects exceeding $10 million.
  • Ability to lead a tender and work on multiple tenders concurrently.
  • Experience with Expert Estimation software is an advantage.
