Property Portfolio Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced property professional to oversee our residential portfolio and represent the best interests of landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.

  • This includes leasing properties, conducting lease renewals and rent reviews, managing ingoing and routine inspections, delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service, and handling arrears.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Highly organised individuals should be able to confidently prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail is essential for accurate record keeping and maintaining relationships

  • A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required for this role
