Clinical Coordinator

Our practice is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the role of Clinical Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow efficiently.
  • Support the orthodontist and clinical team in delivering high-quality care consistently.
  • Manage treatment schedules and patient communications effectively.
  • Assist with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures.
  • Support the training and development of team members.
  • Build positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Clinic / Treatment Coordinator or within a dental practice is essential.
  • A Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting would be highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oasis software would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach are required.
