About the Role

As a Clinic Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff to achieve high-quality patient care.

You will be required to supervise and support clinic staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and receptionists.

The role involves ensuring the clinic meets regulatory requirements and quality standards, implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance patient care and service delivery.

You will also be responsible for developing and managing the clinic budget, ensuring resources are used effectively and financial targets are met.

Promote a patient-centered environment by addressing patient needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or other related field or 3-5 years of healthcare management experience.
