Clinical Operations Manager

After Hours Leadership Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and provide clinical direction & operational management for staff, VMOs & ensure our clinical practice meets our professional service values.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent is required;
- AHPRA Registration is necessary;
- Post graduate qualification in Leadership and Management (or willingness to complete) is desired;
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior leadership role in a large acute hospital environment is required;
- Leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team members are essential;
- Clinical competence and proven experience in clinical supervision are needed;
- Proven track record with the coordination and allocation of staff is expected;
- High level organisational skills are necessary;
- Problem solving ability is required;
- Computer literacy is expected;
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are essential;
- Patient-centred care approach is highly valued.
