Job Summary

Avant is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the end-to-end management of medical indemnity insurance products.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in insurance or a related field, with experience in writing and maintaining claims-made policies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product design, implementation, and management;
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment in coverage and direction;
  • Identifying competitiveness and making recommendations in line with the Group's risk and governance framework;
  • Providing training and answering staff queries;
  • Expertise in projects affecting core medical indemnity products;
  • Managing updates to improve member engagement.

To be successful, you will have strong change management experience, excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, and the ability to develop business cases supporting new product concepts.
