Your Role in Our Future

You will be an important member of our Professional Services team, dedicated to the success of customers' virtualization strategies and their implementations.

You will ensure that customers successfully implement our solutions and as a Professional Services Consultant, you will influence the success of each implementation, forming a vital link between the customer and Quadient.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will engage with sales, pre-sales, and project management, defining the services portion of our solution proposal.
  • You will meet with customers to clarify system specifications, gaining an understanding of their work practices and the nature of their business.
  • You will develop and implement agreed custom solutions, testing and installing custom software solutions.
  • You will present solutions in written or oral form, preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers.
  • You will maintain integrity and professionalism when working with sensitive customer data and information.

Your Profile

  • You have proven experience in the development of custom solutions.
  • You are able to demonstrate working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages (Java), application development, databases, and analytical tools.
  • You can quickly explore, examine, and understand complex problems and how it relates to the customer's business.
  • You are well-organized with a healthy sense of urgency, able to set; communicate; and meet challenging deadlines with competing priorities.
