We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through technical support and training on the Karbon platform.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience working with SaaS products, and a passion for enabling businesses to grow and succeed. They will also be comfortable learning new tools and technologies to better support our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality technical support to customers via video and chat
- Developing and delivering training programs to drive client satisfaction and value realization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product and service development
