Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist in the provision of Accommodation Management Services on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing accommodation bookings, occupancy forecasting and reporting, as well as maintaining records for room/building key allocations.

About the Role

  • Manage all aspects of accommodation bookings including processing requests, allocating rooms, and ensuring seamless check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Conduct occupancy forecasting and reporting to optimize accommodation utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of room/building key allocations.
  • Perform regular room and building inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage occupancy forecasting and reporting to ensure optimal accommodation utilization.
  2. Process accommodation booking requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Ensure all records related to room/building key allocations are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Conduct regular room and building inspections to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
