The Nuclear Graduate Program is designed to provide in-depth exposure to Australia's submarine capability, aligned with AUKUS partnership where you will be contributing to a wide range of critical tasks.

As a graduate, you will have experience and exposure to the broader Australian nuclear ecosystem and submarine operations through external rotation opportunities with one of Australia's premier nuclear agencies or our key industry partners.

  • Diverse Rotations: You will have experience and exposure to the broader Australian nuclear ecosystem and submarine operations.
  • Strong Partnerships: We partner with various organisations such as Department of Defence, Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO), Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) and more.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to a wide range of critical tasks.
  • Developing expertise across key policy, governance, corporate and financial functions.
  • Supporting Australia's defence and national security objectives.
Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be an Australian citizen.
  • Have completed a degree in a relevant field within the last 5 years.
  • Have a strong understanding of defence and national security principles.
