Defence Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our team in delivering systems engineering services in the Defence Maritime environment.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in engineering and experience in the Defence Maritime Industry. The successful candidate will have outstanding engineering skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver systems engineering services in the Defence Maritime environment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
  • Contribute to the development of capability definition artefacts
  • Support the implementation of projects from initiation through delivery
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor or equivalent level qualification in Engineering
  • Minimum three years post graduate experience
  • Experience working within the Defence Maritime environment
  • An active NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (or higher)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity, including in sensitive environments with limited guidance
  • Effective communication skills and proven ability to deliver high-quality written products
  • High level of emotional intelligence and a humanistic approach to work
