**Role Summary**

We are seeking an individual who will deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable experience with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests.
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
