Project Management Opportunity

This role requires a skilled project manager to oversee the delivery of large commercial fit-out projects in Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide regular project reports on time, cost, and quality.
  • Work closely with subcontractors to drive project programmes.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the handover and defects phase.
  • Ensure compliance with WH&S requirements for each project under relevant legislation and company systems.
About You
  • You will have experience in delivering complex commercial projects in excess of $10m as a senior manager.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers during sales and settlement processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
