This specialist sits at the critical interface between the end users and the teams that develop software solutions. As Aurora expands its software presence in APAC, this team is essential to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Support developers, utilities, and funds to integrate software products into their decision-making processes
- Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of software products, building relationships to help grow and retain client base in APAC
- Guide customers as they use the software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios to inform their market view
- Troubleshoot wide-ranging client requests and help clients interpret complex results, using power markets knowledge and data analysis skills
- Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, leveraging technical expertise across the software suite and relevant power markets knowledge
- Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to product teams in order to refine product roadmaps
- Actively contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team
