We are seeking a driven professional to join our Technical Customer Success team in Sydney and provide expert support and guidance to software customers within the APAC region.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with leading developers, utilities, and funds to integrate our software products into their decision-making processes, leveraging power markets knowledge and data analysis skills.
  • Meet with clients in-person and virtually to support their usage of our software products, building strong relationships to grow and retain our client base in APAC.
  • Provide expert training and advice on using the Aurora software suite to conduct asset valuations and construct long-term power market scenarios, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Troubleshoot complex client requests and help clients interpret results, utilizing power markets expertise and analytical skills.
  • Onboard new accounts and develop deep knowledge about their use cases for our products, combining technical expertise across Aurora's software suite and relevant power markets knowledge.
  • Represent the client's voice internally, conveying feedback to product teams to refine product roadmaps and drive innovation.
  • Contribute to knowledge building and expanding the capabilities of the team, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a STEM subject, such as mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in an analytical, client-facing role with B2B exposure.
  • Deep interest in the energy transition and SaaS products, with a passion for working with clients across the energy sector.
  • Self-starter with creative problem-solving approach, ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to analyze, interpret, and derive insights from complex quantitative data and information, with a customer-first mindset and confidence to pursue mutually beneficial outcomes.
